If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed, provided they have not already entered processing.

Once the 3-hour cancellation period has passed, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders are processed after payment confirmation, except for eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Items that are:

  • Worn

  • Washed

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Missing original tags

are not eligible for return.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the damaged item to help us process your request.

10. Exchanges

LookOsm does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or design, you may first return your eligible item in accordance with our Return Policy. Once the return has been processed, you can place a new order through our website.

11. Account Registration

Customers are not required to create an account to place an order.

However, creating an account is recommended, as it makes order tracking, return requests, and future purchases more convenient.
